Towering Lifts In Scotland: Relocating Tanks

Blue skies and precision lifting set the scene for our recent relocation project in Scotland, where the TEP team assisted in moving 210HL bright beer tanks — each standing an impressive 11.3 metres tall.

This major operation required the combined use of 40, 55, and 130-tonne cranes, provided by our trusted partners at Ainscough Crane Hire, to safely lift, manoeuvre, and position the tanks at their new site.

Projects of this scale demand meticulous planning, teamwork, and careful execution. From crane selection to lift coordination and site logistics, every step was managed with safety and efficiency as the top priorities.

This relocation highlights our ability to manage large-scale, complex machinery movements, delivering results for our clients while maintaining the highest safety standards.
