Precision Lift for Krones Maintenance Project

We recently supported Krones with a demanding rinser ring bearing exchange maintenance task. The restricted plant space required the team to think creatively, employing an A-frame and pulley system to lift the one-tonne ring gear, giving the maintenance team full access.

Safety remained the top priority throughout the operation, with every step carefully secured before work commenced. This project highlights TEP Machinery’s ability to combine expertise, specialised equipment, and precision to tackle complex industrial maintenance challenges — even in the tightest spaces.
