Part One of Removal in Pontefract

The team recently completed part one of a removal job down in Pontefract. The first day of the project consisted of the mechanical disconnection and removal of a Line 6 Packer.

Using a scissor lift, we began by safely disconnecting the conveyor system before moving onto the main section of the line. The equipment was securely supported with chains to the swan neck jibs on our Hyster S7, allowing the team to disconnect services and separate the line for safe removal.

Once disassembled, the sections were loaded onto transport using a tandem lift between our Hyster S7 and S3, and sent for responsible disposal at a local waste recycling facility.
