Precision Ingress of 12-Tonne Packaging Line at Thatchers Cider

We recently moved a packaging line for Tatchers Cider, down in Somerset. It came in at a whopping 12.2 tonnes and 11 metres in length — no small job, but right up our street.

Working with returning customer Smurfit Westrock, we supported the ingress of this impressive line into @thatcherscider, navigating the installation with care and precision.

To get the job done, we brought out the big guns:

• Liebherr 1055 (on hire from @ainscoughcranehire)
• Our versatile fleet: Lady V, the Versa 25/35, and the Hyster S3

With a tight route through existing machinery and minimal clearance, teamwork and attention to detail were key. A fantastic collaboration all round — and always a pleasure working with quality kit, great people, and returning clients who trust us to deliver.
