For more than ten years, TEP Machinery has supported Sika North (previously Everbuild), offering machinery relocation, installation, and logistics services. Through numerous shared projects, our collaboration has grown from one-off moves into a trusted long-term partnership – delivering reliability, safety, and expertise whenever Sika has needed us.

Over the years, our work with Sika has covered a broad spectrum of machinery movement services:

Safe Equipment Removal
On several occasions, we've extracted large machinery from Sika facilities, including motors, presses, mixers, and ancillary plant equipment. Our teams have followed site safety protocols, utilising our fleet and specialist lifting gear, and ensured minimal disturbance to ongoing operations.

Transport and Transit
After decommissioning, we've managed to secure loading, transport, and delivery of these machines and equipment to new locations – whether other Sika sites, refurbishing facilities, or third-party contractors. Our transport planning includes route assessment, load securing, and regulatory compliance.

Installation and Commissioning Support
Our team supervises ingress, alignment, reassembly, and connection (both mechanical and electrical) to get the equipment back into full production. Sika has relied on our experienced operators and riggers to ensure precision and help avoid delays.
